Description of Service

HeyCoach provides an AI-powered coaching platform that allows coaches to create personalized AI avatars to support their clients. Our services include but are not limited to coach avatar creation, client management, and AI-powered coaching interactions.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By providing content to HeyCoach, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:
